Some superb lifts today!
I know we say it all the time but our programming and coaching really does work. Out of just 16 athletes, 51 yes FIFTY ONE new PB's were achieved!
This is testament that our programming is doing exactly what it should do, m

Athletes weighed in and their score is relative to their weight.

15 mins to acheive CrossFit total (max strict press, back squat and deadlift)

5 mins rest

3 mins for max cals on rower followed immediately with maz ground to over h
